Cross (Roger Persson, 2007) is the pedestal table with wooden feeling! The table differs from many pedestal tables with its foot of solid wood that kind of lifts from the floor. Tissue embedding center. This is a table top unit with a paraffin reservoir and cold plate, grouped together. The unit consists of a paraffin bath and a reservoir draining ledge, a heated work surface, large cold plate, foot pedal or touch plate for dispensing paraffin, a forceps warmer, a heated cassette holder, a temperature range on the paraffin bath of 45-65 degrees centigrade with a paraffin capacity of at least 2 liters, a plate that cools to -5 degrees centigrade or lower, a digital LED temperature display and can accommodate at least 50 cassettes.
