JENDY JOSS PREASSEMBLED Structural Floor
|High thermo-acoustic performance structural floor or roof with Jendy JOSS® system with metal frames, upper covering OSB panels and insulation in rock wool, for a total thickness of 237mm. The structure consists of a frame of galvanized steel, 1.5 mm thick section 50-200-50mm places to 400mm wheelbase; thickness, pitch and height of the profiles as resulting from specific structural calculations. The profiles are secured with vertical warping brackets or inserted within the 40-200-40mm section guides. The top surface of the floor will be covered with a double layer of OSB 3 sheets, normate for static functions and the bracing of the horizontal plane, 12mm thick, screwed to the metal with screws VT4.2*32 galvanized and drilling, crossed and with staggered joints cutlery. The floor lower side will instead be coated with a plasterboard plate of 13mm thickness and 2800-3000x1200mm size screwed to the steel structure with suitable self-threading screws fosfate VT3.5*25. The plasterboard will be finished as a rule with plastering of gypsum-based joint with interposed retina or microperforated tape, plastering of the head of the screws, angles, etc ... In the gap will be inserted one of high density rock wool of 160mm thick 70 kg/m³ with acoustic insulation function. In case of roof will be placed on the upper side a further insulating layer to achieve the desired thermal values and suitable waterproofing of the surface; if it’s an intermediate floor it must be realized the screed plant, possibly dry, with traditional subflooring pad and subsequent paving as usual. Including static design of the floor, exclude the reviewing of the existing part. Vacuum computation for full under 5mq.

|Plasterboards can be used to the construction of interior and exterior walls. They are of particular use in the repair of all types of buildings. The surface of the drywall is smooth and forms a perfect base for further finishing works. Plasterboards can be fixed to the wall with plasterboard adhesive or directly on the steel framework using steel partitions. By using plasterboard it is possible to increase the protection for fire resistance of the load-bearing walls of the building up to EI120 class. It comes in heights of 60 and 80 mm. The three compartments inside the trunking have the following functions. Compartments 1 and 3 provide clean routing of power and data lines. The middle compartment is reserved for the end user. This is where the end user can insert their power or data devices into the sockets. In order to route cables from the trunking tested according to EN 50085, there are brush outlets on the front which are covered when not in use and thus present no risk of accident. Can be used alone or together with CUPOLEX® RIALTO technology in the same area, distances between the columns of 57 or 28,5 cm can be obtained. Is used to facilitate the installation or in the cases where a higher structural resistance is required. CUPOLEX® RIALTO permits to create a raised slab with heights between 50 and 250 cm. The system is made of domes, tubes and bases, it is easily and quickly assembled on site: creating a matrix of bases on the prepared plane surface; on top of the bases are placed the plastic tubes of diameter 12,5 cm and variable height depending on the project requirements; at last the domes, 28,5 x 57 cm, are installed on top of the tubes. When mutually connected, all these elements can receive the slab steel reinforcement and the concrete cast giving it a unique geometry with a hollowed space underneath the slab.
