Solo™ Baffle
|Ecophon Solo Baffles are acoustic solutions, primarily when it is not possible to install wall-to-wall ceilings. Baffles are suitable in buildings where the volume should be maintained, the natural light is brought into the room from skylights or as an option when TABS (Thermally Activted Building System) is selected as cooling system. Different possibilities exist to suspend the baffles using Connect Baffle profile, Connect Adjustable wire hanger or Connect grid system. The systems consist of Ecophon Solo Baffle/anchor or Solo Baffle/hook and Ecophon Connect accessories with an approximate weight of 2-3 kg/m. The baffles are manufactured fromhigh density glass wool, with Akutex FT surface on both sides. The edges are straight cut and painted. Ecophon Solo Baffles are easily demountable systems.

|Caution, heavy-duty transporter! - The DXD moves virtually anything with the power of two motors. Its favourite task is moving extremely large façade windows, skylights and roof-mounted flaps under a snow load. Here it handles even the heaviest elements with precise synchronisation. It is good to know that it is available in so many different designs. Flat roof window DEC-C P2 | FAKRO
|The type C flat roof window is equipped with a double glazed unit with laminated internal glass which is anti-burglary P2A class as standard. Should the pane crack, shards of glass do not pose a danger but remain on the laminate film. The P2 glazing unit has an innovative and patent-pending dome installation system which increases its anti-burglary resistance. The dome is made of durable polycarbonate. It is characterised by high resistance to impacts and adverse weather conditions such as rain or hail. Special coatings on the outer and inner surface of the dome protect it against UV radiation. GLAZING UNITS The heat transmittance co-efficient for the whole window is U=1.2 W/m²K (to EN 12567-2) which is as much as 14% better result than compared with other manufacturer’s windows of a similar size. The product range also includes a quadruple U8 glazing unit. Heat transmittance co-efficient for the whole D_C U8 window is U=0.72 W/m²K (to EN 12567-2) (U=0.55 W/m²K to EN 1873) and makes the window suitable for energy-efficient and passive buildings. ACCESSORIES The structure of the window enables installation of internal as well as external accessories. A patent-pending system of profiles enables the installation of the awning blind under the dome of the flat roof window, thus protecting the blind against damage as a result of strong winds etc. INSTALLATION RANGE The type C flat roof window is suitable for roof pitches between 2 and 15 degrees. C.01 : Lam. Safety - Window - C2C Stratobel
|Developed with the sole purpose of keeping people safe, Stratobel is our extended range of laminated glass which looks identical to normal glass, but is strong enough to provide protection from injury, falls and break-ins and vandalism. Transparent protection is provided by a polyvinyl butyral (PVB) interlayer, a plastic material placed between two sheets of glass. Subjected to many forms of impact and tests, varying thicknesses of glass and configurations determine the level of safety. By applying layers of specific PVB, specific tinted float and glass coatings, functionality can be added on top of the safety components. The three main functions of this range are: Protection from injury – tested and certified in compliance with EN 12600(Class: 1B1 - 2B2) If this glass breaks, it shatters into blunt fragments which stick to the PVB rather than sharp pieces. For bus shelters, doors, windows, balconies, skylights and any overhead glazing, this glass, which includes two sheets of glass and at least one PVB interlayer, reduces the risk of injury due to accidental impact. Protection from falls - tested and certified in compliance with EN 12600 (Class: 1B1) Whenever there is a risk of falling through glass, for example, ceiling-to-floor windows, balustrades and banisters, this glass, which includes two sheets of glass and at least two PVB interlayers, prevents falls as the glass stays together – even when accidentally broken. Protection against break-ins and vandalism - tested and certified in compliance with EN 356. (Class: P1A-P5A) Windows are a potential entry point for burglars, but this glass, which includes two sheets of glass and at least two PVB interlayers, resists forced entry threats and intrusion. Tested with a metal ball drop, this method evaluates the performance with three levels of impact from small-scale manual attacks to intentional break-ins.

Ceiling Mount Passive Infrared Occupancy & Daylight Sensor, Cresnet® - GLS-OIRLCL-C-CN
|<p>Crestron® occupancy sensors and daylight sensors offer a powerful, cost-saving solution for reducing energy consumption and enhancing system functionality. As part of a complete Crestron system, they can be used to enable automation of lighting, shading, HVAC, and AV equipment in a conference room, classroom, office, hallway, or other space. Using Crestron sensors, room lighting can automatically turn on when the room is occupied, turn off when it is vacant, and dim to a lower level when there is sufficient natural daylight from windows and skylights. Sensors can also be used to enhance the capabilities of a room scheduling, asset management, or energy monitoring solution through integration with the Crestron Fusion® Enterprise Management service.<br>The GLS-OIRLCL-C-CN serves dual functions as a passive infrared occupancy sensor and closed-loop photocell daylight sensor (photosensor). It can also operate in vacancy-only mode, and is designed to cover an area up to 450 square feet or 42 square meters. Miniaturized construction affords a nearly hidden appearance when installed in a drywall or drop-tile ceiling. It communicates with a Crestron control system via the Cresnet® network. Setup and configuration is accomplished using Crestron Toolbox software or the optional IR remote (model GLS-REMOTE-ODT/OIR, sold separately).<br>Passive Infrared Occupancy Sensing<br>Passive infrared (PIR) technology employs a highly sensitive specialized lens that divides the field-of-view into 64 detection zones. The sensor detects motion when a warm body passes between zones, achieving dependable motion detection with superior immunity to false triggering from vibrations, inanimate objects, or movement in an adjacent corridor. The detection sensitivity can be set to one of three levels for optimum performance. Timeout can be set to one of six settings ranging from 30 seconds to 30 minutes, preventing the sensor from turning off lights or reporting vacancy during moments when the room is occupied but no one is moving. In addition, a “walk-through” mode (Short Timeout) can be enabled to temporarily override the Timeout setting on occasions when the room is only occupied briefly for 90 seconds or less.<br>Vacancy Only Mode with Grace Occupancy<br>The GLS-OIRLCL-C-CN can be configured to sense vacancy only. In this mode, lighting and other equipment must be turned on manually but shuts off automatically after the room is vacated. The “grace occupancy” feature ensures that if the lights turn off while someone is in the room, they can be turned back on by simply waving a hand within a 15 second grace period.<br><br></p><p><strong>Daylight Sensing<br></strong>Its built-in photocell enables the GLS-OIRLCL-C-CN to function as an closed-loop photosensor as part of a complete daylight harvesting solution. By monitoring the ambient light level in the room, electrical lighting can be dimmed automatically when sufficient natural daylight is available. Daylight harvesting enables organizations to improve energy efficiency by taking advantage of natural sunlight from windows and skylights while maintaining consistent lighting levels throughout the day for a more comfortable workspace.<br><br></p><p><strong>Room Usage Monitoring<br></strong>Through integration with the Crestron Fusion Enterprise Management service, occupancy sensors can be leveraged to log room usage based on occupancy, and to maximize efficiency for room scheduling by reporting if a room is occupied or vacant. In the event no one has shown up for a scheduled meeting, the meeting can be cancelled automatically, making the room available to others.<br><br></p><p><strong>Cresnet®<br></strong>The GLS-OIRLCL-C-CN interfaces with a Crestron control system via Cresnet. Cresnet is a simple 4-wire network bus that provides the communications backbone for a system of Crestron sensors, lighting dimmers and switches, motorized shades, thermostats, keypads, and other devices. The GLS-OIRLCL-C-CN is also powered by 24 Volts DC from the Cresnet network.<br><br></p><p>Ceiling Flush Mount Installation<br>The GLS-OIRLCL-C-CN installs easily in a typical drywall or drop-tile ceiling. Simply drill a one-inch (25 mm) diameter hole and insert the sensor. Integrated compression clips hold the sensor in place. Once installed, it achieves a very discreet and flush appearance against a white ceiling.<br><br></p><p>Note 1: The motion detection pattern is rectangular. |<p>The MB-SR50N EFEKT system is used for the construction of lightweight curtain walls of a hanging and filling type as well as roofs, skylights and other spatial constructions. Its supporting structure is based on a modern and tried-and-tested mullion and transom aluminium system MB-SR50N, which provides a wide range of profiles to choose from and the possibility of selecting sections so that the surface of mullions and transoms is flush with the internal side of façade, and thus its aesthetic joint with development elements inside the building is ensured. It also ensures compatibility with other constructions based on the wide range of products offered by Aluprof SA.</p> <p>MB-SR50N EFEKT is a façade that provides a uniform external appearance of a smooth glass wall divided by the structure of vertical and horizontal lines of 2 cm, thanks to the use of a special system for fixing panes to mullions and transoms. The gaps between glass fields of the façade are filled with a special silicon binder to ensure high tightness of the construction and enhance its insulation properties. As compared to the MB-SR50 EFEKT façade construction, which has already been popular on the market, the new solution has a number of new possibilities, in terms of technology as well as aesthetics.</p> <p>One of the basic advantages of the MB-SR50N EFEKT façade is the rich possibilities of glazing: the wide range of infills available in the catalogue includes one- or two-chamber glass, as well as non-transparent panels based on complex glass. The real novelty, and undoubtedly the hit of this type of façades, is the possibility of using glass units with a laminated pane. MB-SR50N HI+ Mullion - transom wall
|<p>The MB-SR50N HI+ mullion and transom façade system has been designed to construct lightweight curtain walls of a hanging and filling type as well as roofs, skylights and other spatial constructions.</p> <p>This system allows façades to be constructed with visible narrow dividing lines while ensuring the durability and strength of the structure. Eine Dachdurchdringung kann zugeschaltet werden. (Vielleicht sollte man dies auch als Dachfenster Programmieren, weil dann die Öffnung im Dach schon dabei wäre.)
