Straw Lounge
|Straw Lounge is a lounge chair constructed entirely of steel. What makes Straw and Straw Lounge unique is the way in which the tubular steel has been deformed. Instead of forming the frame in gentle bends, Osko + Deichmann have folded the steel tubes. Folds and kinks are the most obvious way to deform a tube, but the contrast with the otherwise rounded shape of the tube produces a result that seems almost to have been fashioned by hand. Bent tubular steel has stood as a symbol for modernity in furnishings ever since the innovative designs of Mart Stam and Marcel Breuer in the 1920s. Advances in manufacturing techniques revolutionised the furniture industry and heralded a new era for furniture.

ECO lounge chair
|Designed by Carlos Tiscar. The main feature of this model is a complex skeletal structure. This shows the personality of the chair and defines it as an almost sculptural object, which, despite its starkness, ends up being warm and inviting thanks to its shape and the natural materials used in its construction. The structure, devoid of edges, radiates such strength and stability that it seems to emerge from the ground rather than being supported by it.
-
ICS Lounge chair
|Designed by Fiorenzo dorigo. A multi-purpose collection which features a metal structure shell coated with high resistance, flexible, lightly-coloured injected polyurethane. The upholstery and the use of various support materials, such as wood or metal make Ics chairs appropriate for the home or for other spaces; they can be adapted to every atmosphere, from the most informal to the most sophisticated.

Marta wood lounge chair with table
|Designed by Gabriel Teixidó. To feel a deep respect for the wood, caress it, smell it and think about before being an object, it was a tree. This mind is morally basic to start with any project that takes part. Something magic that metimes occurs, is when the material and object come with, encouraging one each other. If this happens, is the best tribute to this anonymous tree.
-
Panel lounge chair
|Designed by Lucy Kurrein. Panel is a lounge chair made from sheet steel and tailored wool or leather with exposed edges -a hollow chair rather than a solid one- a light alternative to material-heavy pholstered furniture. Shape and comfort have been built directly into a seat made of wool or leather through its carefully contoured surface. The flat section steel frame offers a generous platform for the seat to comfortably rest on - a harmonious union of two materials.
-
Plum lounge chair
|Designed by Claesson Koivisto Rune. The collection Plum has been carefully designed to appear soft and welcoming. And like a real-life hug, the curving profiles and rounded surfaces that give the collection its character are not strictly mathematical but are a combination of progressive curves. Imagine a hotel lobby or a private lounge setting -the design must work in any situation. A great deal of attention has been given to sculpting the volumes of each piece, making them attractive from all angles and even when seen from behind.

Soufflé Small
|Soufflé is a serie that consists of ottomans in three different sizes and a table, all designed by Cecilie Manz. “The concept originates in a vision for the new office environment, which is more mobile; where meetings are held in more informal settings. My own vision for the group is that of rocks in the archipelago, where you jump from stone to stone. The table is the hub around which the stools gather. The shapes are organic and individual, inspired by nature, not circular but a bit `squeezed ́. An important element is the tactile contrast between tough textile coating in base and the soft `whipped cream ́ cushion on the top, a cutting edge mix of foam and natural feathers, which posed an interesting technical challenge. This group will be nice in a lobby, for example, but with its soft, pleasant seating, it is also a crossover concept which will fit well in homes. My inspiration is from nature, the Scandinavian heritage and the organic colour scale.” /Cecilie Manz

Wind, table 460x443 H555
|Following the instant success of our Wind room dividers, Jin Kuramoto has designed a new side table with his same trademark irregular, organic shapes. The table was commissioned exclusively for the new Zander K hotel in Bergen, Norway, with interiors by architects Claesson Koivisto Rune. The table comes in two heights, manufactured in a monochrome, stone-resembling material. ”I like to see the tables as rocks in a forest,” says Jin Kuramoto. ”As the Wind room dividers became so popular even before they were properly launched, there is demand for a table that speaks the same organic form language,” says Anders Englund, Design Manager at Offecct. ”They are designed to work together in for example a hotel lobby or in an office landscape, but the table will also hold its own very well in any kind of interior environment.”

KAMÓN DINNER - Seating 1300x656
|In the second year of her course at Konstfack, the University College of Arts, Crafts and Design in Stockholm, Moni Beuchel was given the task of designing a piece of furniture for a selected furniture manufacturer. After careful consideration she designed a sofa to suit Karl Andersson & Söner. By chance, we got to see the model and contacted a pleasantly surprised Moni. After some adaptation, the result was Kamón Lounge (2001) armchair, sofa and bench in different lengths. 16 years later, Kamon Dinner (2017) has now been developed. Kamón Dinner is a sofa that offers a more upright sitting position and is suitable to use with tables ranging in height from 720-740 mm. The seat and back cushions are covered entirely in fabric or leather with no visible wood. The filling is polyether. Kamón Dinner also contains a corner unit that can be connected to the sofas. There is the option of having linking devices between sofas and between sofas and corner units. Power connectors can also be positioned near the legs on the front edge under the seat. plusCIRCLETABLE - D600
|Concrete and stainless steel are the materials of the lounge table Plus CIRCLETABLE that has raw and aesthetic beauty as its trademark. There’s a little bit of air between the table top and the base to accentuate the sharpness of the 90 degrees angle of the three legs. However the look of the table is softened by the gentle, round shape of the table top. Plus CIRCLETABLE is kept in a modest size which refines the rustic look of the table and makes it capable of functioning as both a lounge table and a coffee table no matter the size of the room. The materials of the Plus CIRCLETABLE also make the table very solid and stable.

Plum armchair
|Designed by Claesson Koivisto Rune. The collection Plum has been carefully designed to appear soft and welcoming. And like a real-life hug, the curving profiles and rounded surfaces that give the collection its character are not strictly mathematical but are a combination of progressive curves. Imagine a hotel lobby or a private lounge setting -the design must work in any situation. A great deal of attention has been given to sculpting the volumes of each piece, making them attractive from all angles and even when seen from behind.
