Hazmat tabletop decontamination tray that fits on any standard hospital gurney or stretcher. The tray shall be light-weight and impermeable, washable and reusable. The ophthalmic refraction desk shall be specifically designed to conduct eye examinations in ophthalmic clinics and hospital.
