D0670 - Console, Treatment Unit, Dental Operatory
|A dental treatment console or work station (also called a "12 o'clock unit) approximately 45" W x 72" H x 30" D. Consists of a base unit with storage and equipment drawers, a bifold door cabinet with slide out shelves and CPU storage. A midsection with chase and power bar for ancillary equipment and shelf for a monitor and keyboard. Upper storage unit may be pass-through or non-pass-through with glass shelves and see-through cabinet doors. Unit may also be configured with a pivoting work surface to hold all doctor and assistant instrumentation or with a wash station w/SS sink and knee or foot activated faucet and solid surface or laminate countertop. Unit is also available in other widths and heights. Final makeup of this unit is dependant on individual facility requirements determined at time of purchase.

M7260 - Counter/Dispenser, Pill/Tablet
|Automated pill, capsule and tablet counter. The unit consists of an array of holding cells each of which dispenses a set number of pills into a prescription bottle. The counter has a control unit to start and stop pill flow. Each cell has a straight line pill flow pattern, a photoelectric counter which signals the controller, a count range from 1 to 10,000 and can dispense products at a rate up to 600 tablets per minute. A built-in sensor indicates dust build up or misalignment of the photoelectric counter. Each cell has easily removable bins and mechanisms for cleaning and refilling. Each cell features an LED display and there are varying sizes of cells for handling more frequently issued or physically larger drugs. Many different, including custom, array of sizes and configurations are possible and the final design depends on the facility layout and pharmacy practice preferences. Individual cells can also be equipped with coded locks. The entire array can be interfaced with a pharmacy computer system. These units are commonly leased rather than sold because of maintenance requirements.

1.3.1 SEPARATION WALLS - Mixed partition with base wall
|Mixed partition made up of two independent Pladur® linings, both braced on each side by a supporting wall (to be determined by the design). The final thickness of the mixed partition is determined by the base wall. Each lining is made up of a structure of profiles of galvanised sheet steel, built on studs (vertical elements and channels (horizontal elements), on whose interior side, according to the free-standing height, the studs will need be braced with brackets attached to the core of the studs and the base wall, leaving a space between the structure and the wall of a minimum of 10 mm. On the exterior side of each lining structure, one or two Pladur® plasterboards are screwed on. Commensurate amounts of Pladur® materials: screws, compounds, joint tape, resilient/acoustic perimeter joints, etc., as well as anchors for channels on the floor and ceiling on the floor and ceiling, etc. Completely finished with Quality Level 1 for tile finishes, laminates, furring, etc. Also with Level 2 (Q2), Level 3 (Q3), Level 4 (Q4), according to the surface finish (to be determined by the design). Epoxy based, high strength precision grout for heavy dynamic and static loads - MasterFlow 648
|MasterFlow 648 is a three component, epoxy based, nonshrink, high strength grout. It has high early and final strengths. When three components mixed, MasterFlow 648 forms a mortar with a flowable consistency which can be easily applied by hand or machine. MasterFlow 648 can be used in thicknesses from 10 mm up to 150 mm.
