Folding bariatric patient transport wheelchair with a capacity of at least 500 lbs. Constructed with a heavy duty steel frame and double cross brace, with detachable armrest and swing away footrests. Unit has heavy duty front casters and rear wheels with precision wheel bearings in front and rear assembly. Unit is used for patient movement.

Examination/treatment table, wood construction. The table is capable of supporting at least 285 lbs. (120 KGP) and is of a "H" brace design with shelf and may have one drawer. Includes a leatherette covered 2 inch foam pad. Pad is removable and designed to fit the table top in a slip resistant manner.

Service sink approximately 18" D x 22" W x 20" H which includes a polished chromium-plated combination hot and cold water faucet with integral stops and extended spout. Spout will have a pail hook, 3/4 inch hose coupling thread and shall include a backflow preventer. The faucet will be provided with a top brace and wall fittings for mounting above service sink. Service sink will be made of enameled cast iron. Used throughout the facility in utility rooms for washing and cleaning equipment.
