Bedpan rinsing valve with deodorant/disinfectant spray. Unit is wall mounted above a water closet having an exposed flush valve. Flush water shall be available to rinse the pan with the balance used to flush the waste. Used in dirty utility rooms located in patient care areas throughout the hospital. Unit is used to flush and disinfect a dirty bedpan.

Psychiatric patient shower. Shall be vandal-proof. Shower head shall be designed for prison use, shall have smooth surfaces with no projection that can be used as a catch or hook; shall have flat back arranged for bolting directly to the wall and shall be tapped for 1/2 inch pipe connecting to tempered water line; the head shall have a tamperproof removable face not less than 3-1/2 inch diameter; the shower head shall be installed not less than 6 feet above the floor and shall deliver the spray within a 3 foot circle.

Service sink approximately 18" D x 22" W x 20" H which includes a polished chromium-plated combination hot and cold water faucet with integral stops and extended spout. Spout will have a pail hook, 3/4 inch hose coupling thread and shall include a backflow preventer. The faucet will be provided with a top brace and wall fittings for mounting above service sink. Service sink will be made of enameled cast iron. Used throughout the facility in utility rooms for washing and cleaning equipment.

Plastic or metal bodied plaster trap. The unit has a one piece body which is approximately 12 inches deep. The top has 1.5 inch inlet and drain connections. The trap is used in laboratories to capture solids and preclude the clogging of drain lines. The installation must allow sufficient clearance above or below the unit (depending on the manufacturer) to remove the basket for cleaning.
