Fermacell Powerpanel H2O Flooring Element consists of two 12,5 mm thick cement bound lightweight concrete construction boards. They are produced in a sandwich structure with reinforcement on both sides made of alkali - resistant glass fabric. The two boards are offset by 50 mm, so that there is a rabbeted edge for gluing and screwing or clamping. The elements are delivered in individual stackable cardboard packaging. Due to the stable construction of the element, it cannot break even during transport and installation. The element is delivered with a high-quality surface in the color RAL 9010 (pure white). If a renovation is required after years, the element can be easily covered; the acoustic values are still preserved. Even repeated overcoating is possible without performance loss. The elements include a LED workplace lighting.

MasterSeal 345 is an EVA polymer based sprayable membrane for the waterproofing of underground concrete structures. MasterSeal 345 is spray applied in a sandwich structure between two sprayed concrete / cast concrete layers, creating a double bonded composite shell lining. MasterSeal 345 is flexible and has very high bond strength properties on both sides of the membrane. It is an effective alternative to conventional waterproofing sheet membranes. As a double bonded system, this provides excellent water tightness, preventing the development of water migration on both sides of the membrane. As with all spray applied membranes, it is not possible to seal against water ingress through the substrate. In such cases, a drainage system or local water management using drainage pipes should be used in combination with MasterSeal 345. However, it can be applied to damp substrate (as long as there is no running water).
