KNAUF Therm ETIXX Facade λ 31
|KNAUF Therm ETIXX façade λ 31 polystyrene panels are designated by the following code according to PN-EN standard EN 13163:2012+A1:2015 EPS EN 13163 T(2)-L(2)-W(2)-S(5)-P(5)-BS100-DS(N)5-DS(70,-)2-TR100 KNAUF Therm ETIXX façade λ 31 polystyrene panels are pressed from expanded polystyrene with an enrichening additive. The enriched composition of graphite added to polystyrene improves insulating properties, thanks to which better thermal insulation effects are achieved at lower panel thicknesses. The panels have straight edges. PURPOSE • exterior thermal insulation made using the ETICS (“light wet” = BSO) method • exterior thermal insulation made using the "light dry" method • Thermal insulation on skeleton wall surface • thermal insulation in closed gap of tri-layer wall • thermal insulation in ventilated gap of tri-layer wall • thermal insulation of balcony loggias • thermal insulation of tie beams, window reveals and lintels PRIMARY ADVANTAGES OF KNAUF Therm ETIXX facade λ 31 Approx. 30% lower panel thickness in comparison to ordinary polystyrene (possibility of using panel on balconies and loggias without significant losses of residential areas) • greater or equal thermal insulating power of panels at lower thickness in comparison to ordinary polystyrene panels • manufactured from foamed polystyrene enriched with graphite particles for excellent insulating parameters (low thermal conductivity λ = 0.031W/mK) • the pressing technology ensures high dimensional stability => the panel has straight edges and a flat surface • large panel dimensions: 1200 x 600 mm – 20% greater than the dimensions of a standard polystyrene panel

Norwegian Roof solutions
|Speed up the installation process with glass wool. It is easily mounted and its robust nature neither decreases the insulation in the construction or may subsidence over time. Because wool is on average 30% lighter than stone wool, when compared with similar products, it is easier to carry and install. The roof is the most important part of the house when it comes to energy savings. It is here that the insulation product thickness and weight are of paramount importance. Knauf Insulation recommends EcoBatt 0,036 to the outer layer and EcoBlanket 0,036 to the inner layer.

Norwegian Slab solutions
|Our glass wool is manufactured with 80% recycled glass, which, combined with the natural, organic qualities of ECOSE ®-Technology binder, provides unmatched eco-friendly product. Well insulated between joists reduces noise and ensures even temperature in the floors - we do not want cold feet when it's cold outside. Knauf Insulation recommends EcoBlanket 0,036 and Stegljudsmatta Plus.
-
Norwegian Exterior wall solutions
|Our products are manufactured with ECOSE-Technology, a revolutionary formaldehyde-free binder mendel, which makes the products easier to cut and softer to handle. The high tensile strength makes it possible for rough handling without damage to edges and corners - it can even be bent double without snapping! The exterior walls of a building protects against cold, rain, snow, wind, noise and fire. An outer wall which is correctly built and insulated helps to create a healthy environment. Knauf Insulation recommends Facade panels 032, EcoBatt 033 and EcoBatt 036.

|Compressed packs allow you to get more m2 per pack and more packs per delivery. Less storage space is required in the workplace, and fewer deliveries and less waste from packaging and pallets to take care of. The use of glass wool helps reduce installation time and as we all know - time is money. When the attic floor is well insulated the heat loss of the house is reduced by up to 20%. Knauf Insulation recommends EcoBatt 035 to the lower layer, EcoBlanket 035 to the middle layer and the top layer of our paper-lined Byggmatta.
