Angle and length checking label with defineable accuracy . Use to audit walls, beams, columns and objects to check if the orientation and length is out by fractional amounts. This was designed to serve as a tool to check walls, beams, columns, and object placement, rotation and lengths. The best way to use it is to create an audit layer and set the label to the audit layer, modify the accuracy properties to suit your needs (If you want to make sure element lengths are to the nearest 1mm set the accuracy property to 1mm - if you want to check if the angle of the placed element is orthogonal set the angle accuracy to 90 ,select the elements to be checked either by selecting the relevant tool and Ctrl A or just selecting then Ctrl Shift L to label all. It will give an instant indication of all elements that may require attention by highlighting the label elements in red. It is very useful when converting design drawings to construction drawings.

The analyzer can process 100 samples at a time with a maximum analytical rate of 420 tests per hour. It is used for electrolytes, blood hematocrit and other routine chemistries.

A 17 gallon cryoprecipitate thawing water bath or equivalent. Unit designed to operate at plus 4 degrees centigrade for thawing units of cryoprecipitate in the blood bank. Unit includes both heating (650 watts) and cooling systems (1/4 HP) to maintain a constant temperature plus or minus 0.02 degrees centigrade around a plus 4 degree centigrade operating temperature. Unit includes dual stage circulating pump to maintain a uniform temperature throughout the tank. Unit capable of thawing twelve (12), 250ml plasma bags in approximately 2 hours.

Laboratory chemistry analyzer. The unit is capable of at least 23 chemistries including electrolytes by ISE (ion-selective electrode). The analyzer can perform any combination of tests, panels or stats on a given sample. The unit has automatic QC and maintenance functions. The instrument is programmable for as many as 400 patient samples.

Automatic coagulation analyzer. The unit performs on-site blood coagulation tests, prothrombin time (PT), and partial thromboplastin time (PTT) tests on whole blood or plasma samples. The analyzer employs both single and duplicating or stat testing capabilities.

pH meter. The units capabilities/characteristics include ion analyzer capability, provides measurements of pH, temperature, MV and others. The unit includes self-diagnostics, an automatic buffer recognition and a gel-filled electrode. Used for direct measurement of activity concentration.

Co-oximeter analyzer. The unit calculates hemoglobin/oxygenation concentrations. The analyzer characteristics/components include a sample readout in no longer than 45 seconds, dual beam optics and a hollow cathode lamp. It is used to calculate oxygen content, capacity, and measured saturation and correlates closely with reference methods.

Automatic hematology counter/analyzer. The analyzers characteristics/components include the measurement of eight hematology parameters as well as platelet counts, auto-rinse cycle between analysis, minimum specimen requirement of 100 microliters, readout results in 40 seconds, automatic calibration and capable of computerized differential counting and manual verification of results. Used for hematology analysis.

Pipetter/Diluter. It has a sample volume of 20 micro liters and a diluent volume of 5 ml and is compatible with most caustic lab solutions such as HCL, H2SO4 glacial acetic acid, cholesterol reagent, total lipid reagent and a vast number of other corrosives. Each instrument is precisely calibrated to assure dilution accuracy and reproducibility with in 1%. The system also has a factory preset volume ration. The cycle light indicates when units are ready to sample or the dispense hand has a reagent draw-back feature that prevents sample reagent mixing inside the pipette after the dispensing cycle. This is a precise automatic instrument for sampling and dispensing. Used for hemoglobin determinations, and other required dilutions.

Refractometer. Characteristics/ components include an accommodation of liquids, solids, solids-in-liquids and powders, temperature measured at interface of samples, photosensors measurement, automatic calibration, multi-channel programming, an accuracy of +/-.0001 refractive unit and automatic temperature compensation. Used for glucose and urine refractive indexes.

Discrete glucose analyzer. Characteristics include sample volume of 10 microliters, measurement principle of the oxygen rate method, throughput of 67 samples per hour and a glucose value displayed in mg/dl. This is a self contained system with automatic fill and drain cycles. Used for glucose analysis of serum plasma or saliva samples

Osmometer. Characteristics/components include semi-automatic operation, measurement of osmodality of 0.2ml samples, accuracy to (+/-) 0.5%, temperature controlled liquid freezing bath, flow-through cell assembly and high speed testing capability. Used to determine precise concentration of solute particles for urines, urea, free water clearances, electrolyte studies, serum and other applications.

Small laboratory centrifuge with variable speed allowing both regular and delicate centrifugation. It has a brake to allow a complete stop in 10 seconds, 0 to 30 minute timer, interchangeable heads and can accommodate up to 24 tubes. Used for blood grouping and cross matching.

Small table centrifuge. Characteristics/components include a speed range up to 3200 RPM, steel guard bowl, electric motor, speed controlled by a dial rheostat, a six place trunnion head to accommodate 15 ml tubes contained in metal shields with rubber cushions, numbered tube slots and a safety cap. Used in a laboratory for general purpose centrifugation of samples.

Microhematocrit centrifuge. Characteristics/components include speed up to 13000 RPM, a flat head to accommodate 24 capillary tubes, electronic automatic timer that times from 2-15 minutes, built-in precise hematocrit scale and a removable carrying tray. Used for determination of hematocrits.

Laboratory centrifuge. This is a medium to large capacity unit with an operating range of -20 degrees to 40 degrees C. It permits running samples at body temperature. It also has a rotor imbalance detector and an auto-shut down capability if the rotor load is out of balance. The unit is constructed of a stainless steel chamber with a rear exhaust and is a low heat output unit. Used in laboratories to spin samples for further analysis.

Tabletop laboratory centrifuge. This unit has a variable speed range of 1500 to 13000 RPM in part dependent on rotor assembly used. It includes a no brake option allowing rotor to spin to a gradual stop as well as the capability to enter combinations of time and RPM into the memory, and a door lock safety system. Heads accommodate a wide variety of tubes and can accommodate up to at least 76 tubes. Used in laboratories to prepare samples for further analysis.

Combination cell washer and centrifuge. The unit has two fixed speeds of 3600 or 12000 RPM. It is a microprocessor controlled unit with a programmable memory that can hold up to four wash cycles. It has a built-in peristaltic pump with a drain, dual angle rotor, low saline level alarm and uses 10 X 75mm or 12 X 75mm tubes. Used for compatibility testing, cytological studies and other laboratory applications.

Refrigerated centrifuge. This is a floor standing unit with a solid state speed control system that has speeds ranging from approximately 150 to 6000 RPM. Other characteristics include a temperature range of -9 to +39 degrees C., dual range digital timer, rotor imbalance detection, a programmable memory and a dynamic brake with three deceleration rates. The unit also has a refrigeration system that consists of a low maintenance compressor and a coil wrapped insulated guard bowl. Used in laboratories for processing heat sensitive samples.

Serological centrifuge. The unit is a multi speed, fast accelerating and braking centrifuge. It can utilize a swinging bucket rotor with inserts that have a capacity of 1.5ml to 4-150ml tubes. The unit&apos;s maximum speed is in the range of 10,000 to 15,000 RPM. It is designed for general-purpose serological applications with blood and urine.

Cyto-Centrifuge. The characteristics/components include a specimen chamber designed to avoid slide damage, fluid path for premature absorption and a disinfectant tank for prevention of pathogenic aerosol. The unit has a maximum speed of approximately 2,000 RPM. Used for cell sedimentation and dispersion on a glass slide and other laboratory applications.

PH/blood gas analyzer. The unit measures pH, PCO2 and P02 and performs calculations for CO2, HCO3, and base excess. Characteristics of the unit include: an automatic calibration capability and measurement ranges of 6.4 to 8.0 for pH; 0 to 800 mmHg for PO2; and 8.0 to 200.mmHg. for PCO2. Used in laboratories to conduct pH/blood gas determinations.

Blood/gas analyzer. The unit measures for pH, PO2, and PCO2 using a standard sample of 90 microliters or greater. A measurement range of 6.4 to 8.0 for pH, 8 to 200mmHg for PCO2 and 0 to 800 mmHg for PO2 is accommodated by the unit. Used in laboratories to measure blood gas parameters of patient samples. System to provide for the measurement of: pH, pCO2, pO2, BP, tHb, NA+, K+, and CL-, or CA++. Calculated values to include: tCO2, O2 Saturation, CT, HCO3 (actual and standardized), BE (vv and vt) and Hct.

Floor mounted water demineralizer. The unit has a one half to three gpm capacity. It has two beds, automatic calibration, purity meter, recirculation pump and disposable cartridges. The system continuously recirculates to discourage growth. Used to produce high purity water for laboratory use. May also be wall mounted.

Floor standing fume hood. The unit presented is 4 Ft but is available in other sizes. It will include a fluorescent light fixture, blower switch with pilot light, at least one duplex receptacle, a cup sink and shall be acid resistant. The minimum average face velocity shall be 100 fpm. It Includes a safety glass sash resistant to heat of up to 71 degrees centigrade. Static pressure loss is not to exceed 0.22 inches. The fume hood also has adjustable baffles. Other custom options are available. Used in laboratories to prepare samples requiring the use of toxic and or flammable materials.

Benchtop fumehood. This is an auxiliary air type to be sized as required. The unit will have a remote switch with a pilot light, a fluorescent light, an acid resistant fan and blower housing. The minimum average face velocity shall be 100 fpm. It shall include a steel frame sash that is heat resistant to 71 degrees centigrade. The static pressure loss shall not exceed 0.22 inches of water at 100 fpm face velocity. Other accessories and gases are as defined during the design of the facility.

Radioisotope fumehood. The unit requires a charcoal trap filter, lead-lined or HEPA filter as required by codes and use criteria in the exhaust stack, not part of this hood. Other characteristics are that it be strong enough to support lead shielding bricks, have at least two duplex receptacles and a cup sink. The minimum average face velocity shall be 100 fpm and the static pressure loss through the hood shall not exceed 0.2 inches of water at 100 fpm face velocity (700 CFM).

Bench type radioisotope fumehood. Characteristics/components include a glove-box, a 75 cfm. blower with indicating switch and variable speed power stat and manometer mounted on box front to indicate air flow, 1/4&quot; safety glass viewing panel, three polarized and grounded electrical outlets with indicating switches, a 24 inch fluorescent light with fixtures and switch, two 8 inch double grooved glove ports and neoprene gloves, an inlet filter, two absolute filters with connecting hoses and 40 inches of 2 inch spiral exhaust hose with clamps and a variable height mobile bench, 30-37&quot;H. Unit is customized to fit the specified use requirements.

Horizontal laminar flow hood. This is a freestanding unit that meets or exceeds Class 100 requirements set for Federal Standard 209B. The unit will have HEPA filters, a washable and reusable pre-filter, a work surface and side walls of type 304 stainless steel construction, duplex electrical receptacles, high velocity return air slots that provide an air curtain at the work area, work surface and side walls and blowers with an average velocity of 100 fpm. Used for work with non-hazardous materials where clean particle free air is required. 6 foot model, other sizes available.

Bench top horizontal laminar flow fumehood. The unit meets or exceeds Class 100 requirements set for Federal Standard 209B. Canopy fumehood. The unit includes a switched fan unit with pilot light; corrosion resistant steel, aluminum, or chemical resistant and fire retardant seamless fiberglass construction; dimensions as indicated on design drawings; fire suppression systems and any other special requirements to be defined during the facility design. It also includes a 3/4 horsepower motor blower. The static pressure loss shall not exceed 0.91 at 1290 cfm and 1.65 at 1935 cfm. It is equipped with baffles to maximize slot velocities and control fumes. Used in laboratories for low to moderate risk biological agents. Other sizes may be available. Blower motor mounted separate from the canopy and may not be included in the size specification.

Histopathology staining fume hood to be used to contain manual and automatic staining stations. Double sliding doors permit access to entire height and half the width of the hood at one time. Integral fluorescent lighting provided for interior visibility. Unit provided with integral blower and hooks to building systems for exhaust to the atmosphere. Unit provides for front to back flow to protect technicians from volatile staining solution vapors. Base model is 30 inches wide but may be procured in widths up to 72 inches wide. Unit is designed to sit on existing bench tops.

Small bacteriological incubator. It has a corrosion resistant chamber with adjustable shelves and a temperature range of approximately 30-70 degrees centigrade. Used in laboratories to grow cultures.

Freestanding platelet incubator. Unit is equipped with a rotator. The unit can be a single or dual capacity unit and can hold platelet rotators and agitators for continual mixing at 22 degrees centigrade. It has forced air circulation to maintain a uniform temperature throughout the incubator, a temperature range of 15-40 degrees centigrade, an alarm system for temperature deviations or power failure and a rotation speed of 6 rpm to maintain the viability of platelet concentrations.

Automatic blood cell counter. The counter has a built-in monitoring system. It can perform a test in 13 seconds using a 100 microliter sample and give the results of 3 to 5 parameters of WBC, RBC, Hgb, Hct, and MCV. It has programs that include control data, calibration settings and tests and it has a temperature compensation circuit. Used for hematology analysis.

Anaerobic culture apparatus. The unit is made of stainless steel with two adjustable shelves. The unit has multiple electrical outlets, fluorescent lights, a charcoal wafer and has a temperature range from ambient to 70 degrees centigrade. Used for processing anaerobic blood cultures and any other culture growth that requires anaerobic conditions.

Microbiological identification system. The systems basic principles of operation consists of: photometry, fluorescence, radiometry, infrared spectrophotometry, and video image analysis, together with a MPLS (multiple-parameter light scattering technique) and a continuous flow-through detection system. It consists of an auto-prep station, auto filter, incubator, detector/reader, waste reservoir, and computer sample throughput of over 200/day. Designed to detect presence of micro organisms in body fluids, test susceptibility of micro organisms to anti microbial agents, and/or determine the minimum inhibitory concentrations of antibiotics in order to identify pathogens.

Automated microbiological susceptibility and identification system. This instrument incubates inoculated samples, adds reagent and reads the panel automatically. Used for organism identification and susceptibilities, statistical probabilities and commentaries suggesting additional tests for identifying unusual organisms.

Bench mounted tilting rotary microtome. The unit&apos;s features include horizontal advancement, a feed indicator and selection dial that provide settings from 1 to 30 microns, a quick change holder system that allows the use of different holders, an angle adjustment from 0 to 15 degrees and a hand wheel that allows speed control without backflash. Used for histological techniques and slide preparation.

Refrigerated rotary microtome/cryostat. The unit&apos;s features include horizontal advancement, sectioning from 2-20 microns, combination unit consisting of an automatic defrost of chamber and microtome, a temperature range from -30 degrees centigrade to room temperature, and a defrost cycle of 10 minutes every 24 hours. Used to prepare samples for slide studies.

Serological water bath. It operates in the temperature range of 60 to 100 degrees centigrade. It has a corrosion-proof stainless steel water tank with a 3 gallon capacity. Models have drain spouts for easy emptying of media. Used to provide a controlled temperature environment for the preparation of samples for study.

Tissue processing water bath. It has a sensitive thermostat providing regulation to +/-0.1 degree C., a temperature range from ambient to 72 degrees centigrade, black coating in chamber to provide visual contrast, fiberglass insulated sides and bottom and a dependable gravity convection.

Autopsy scale. It has an 8&quot; diameter dial or electronic display (battery operated) with a minimum 30 pound capacity. Used in pathology departments to weigh body parts during autopsies.

Micro-pipetting system. It is a sampler unit for precision pipetting of 1, 2, or 3 reagent volumes. It can accommodate different volume ranges from 25 micro-liter to 25 milliliters with dilution ratios up to 1:100.

Pipettor. Unit operates with a plus or minus 0.5% reproducibility and precision. Used for repetitive deliveries of pre-set reagent volumes from chemicals to sterile solutions.

Magnetic stirrer-hot plate. It has variable stirring speeds of near 1500 RPM, temperatures of up to about 400 degrees centigrade, back up safety thermostat, plate surface of about 49 square inches and Pyroceram glass ceramic top that is corrosion resistant. Used for reagent mixing and heating, preparing culture media, evaporation and distillation procedures.

Vortex test tube mixer. This is a single well type with a stirring action that starts with a touch of the test tube. It is a variable speed unit from 100-3000 rpm. Used in a laboratory for mixing small samples in a test tube, colorimetric tubes or Erlenmeyer flasks.

Rotator mixer. It operates between 1-20 RPM oscillation and has reversible cushioning that cradles specimen tubes. It can accommodate up to fifteen 12 X 75ml tubes or ten 17X100ml tubes and has a precision controlled platform with mixing adjusting zones of 1-48 degrees angle. Used for uniform specimen suspension mixing.

Two compartment bacteriological incubator. The unit requires carbon dioxide and has a 10 cubic foot capacity. Small laboratory drying oven. Batch slide stainer. This is a microprocessor controlled stainer designed for a minimum of 20 slides at one time. It includes a staining station, rinsing station and drying station. For use in microbiology, histology, and hematology laboratories.

Automatic slide cover slipper. Takes standard microscope slides and places a resin-coated film over the slide. This device uses reagent grade Xylene as the fixing agent. Fume exhaust cover available.

Tissue embedding center. This is a table top unit with a paraffin reservoir and cold plate, grouped together. The unit consists of a paraffin bath and a reservoir draining ledge, a heated work surface, large cold plate, foot pedal or touch plate for dispensing paraffin, a forceps warmer, a heated cassette holder, a temperature range on the paraffin bath of 45-65 degrees centigrade with a paraffin capacity of at least 2 liters, a plate that cools to -5 degrees centigrade or lower, a digital LED temperature display and can accommodate at least 50 cassettes.

Microtome blade sharpener. Sharpens knives while the knife is locked in place and held at proper angle to the honing plate. There is an electrical timer to set the desired time.

Automatic tissue processor. This is a rotating basket immersion type unit that uses a minimum of 10 solvents and two paraffin processing stations. It is controlled by an electrical or electronic timer. The paraffin bath temperature ranges from 50-65 degrees centigrade and is agitated. The fumes are removed by an integral fume collecting system. The process time/step is adjustable between 15 minutes to 24 hours. The drain time/step is 0 to 1 minute. Used to fix, dehydrate, clear and infiltrate tissue specimens to preserve the integrity of their cellular components for light microscopy.

Autopsy table shall be constructed of stainless steel. It shall be polished to a smooth finish without crevices, lapped edges, rivets, or bolts. Table comes with integrated sink, waste disposer, grid plates for flat work area and perimeter downdraft.

Gross pathology station. The unit contains four, two-speed electronic fans to reduce the danger of formaldehyde toxicity, an exhaust system with filters that last 2 to 8 months to convert the formaldehyde to CO2 and water, built in fluorescent lamps for shadow-free illumination, a &quot;voice capturing option&quot; to allow the pathologist to dictate without having to fumble with a hand or foot control and a built-in faucet with catch pan in the rear. Single-channel gamma counter. Unit shall be an automatic gamma counter capable of quantitating hormones, vitamins, drugs, cancer antigen, enzymes, receptors, viruses, antibodies, polypeptides and other proteins. Gamma counter. Unit can be either a single well or a multi-well system that requires manual sample changing. It includes a NAl crystal detector. Uses RIA techniques to measure trace quantities of gamma radiation in substances such as hormones, drugs, enzymes, viruses, antibodies, tumor markers and receptors that are found in serum, urine and other body fluids.

Delayed audio feedback tape recorder. Unit consists of a recorder and playback mechanism which delays speech playback so the patient can directly associate what was said with how it sounds. The unit includes a delay mode/time selector, amplifier and microphone. Electrical specifications are for an optional battery recharger. Hearing aid analyzer. It includes a complete acoustic test system, comprised of a control unit, color monitor, and hearing aid test box. For use in automatically testing, calculating and printing all electrical and acoustical performance data of any hearing aid in accordance with ANSI S3.22.

Therapeutic spirometer. Unit features a recorder, and instantaneous digital display of the actual and % predicted test results. Designed for patient examination in hospitals and clinics to determine respiratory volume capacity. Unit may require a microcomputer for full display and printing of testing results. Portable pulmonary function analyzer. It includes a spirometer computer and gas analyzers. The system provides automatic calculations of inspiratory or expiratory volumes and flows, and gas distribution measurements. Portable or cart-mountable unit that can be wheeled anywhere in the hospital. Used as a screening system to determine baseline ventilatory function along with types and degrees of impairments to a patient&apos;s respiratory system.

Pulmonary function analyzer system. Unit includes whole body plethysmography, spirometer, computer, and gas analyzers. Computer based system for use in cardio-pulmonary areas. The system measures the ventilation, diffusion and distribution of gases in the lungs. It has automatic calibration and valves are pneumatically operated and controlled by the computer. Used to measure the performance of a patient&apos;s respiratory system; for out-patient or pre-surgical screening. Air flowmeter. Unit has a stainless steel needle valve with clear flowtube for connection to 50 PSI air outlet from central pipeline system. The unit also features dual exposure controls for managing exposure time and UVA and UVB measuring devices. The unit is used in dermatology for UV body treatment.
